    Hali,Igen azon a linken keresztül csak MSDN előfizetők érhetik el.Akiknek nincs Subscription-jük azoknak pedig innen érhető el:http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/try/default.mspx(Fent is javítottam)
